1. Introduction (Four score and seven years ago...)

Welcome to Drip and, if applicable, choosing to use our Service. We try to make our Privacy Policy easy to understand so that you are informed as to how we use your information. This Privacy Policy, like our Terms of Service, is an integral part of using our Service; therefore you must completely agree to our Privacy Policy in order to use our Site or Service. You must be 18 years or older to use our Site or Service, or at a minimum of 13 years of age with a parent’s permission. If you have not read our Terms of Service, please do so now. It goes together with our Privacy Policy like peanut butter and chocolate, and if you read one but not the other, there is a good chance that the universe will implode.

2. Stuff You Have to Tell Us

2.1. Identifying Information Submitted by You

You will not be required to submit any information when visiting our Site. However, in order to use some parts of our Site and Service you will be required to create an account. When creating an account we may collect your name, email address, DNA (don’t ask us why), and telephone number. Additionally, in order to process any payments, we may collect your payment information including your credit card number or other payment information. Please be aware that any credit card information submitted by you may be processed and stored by Stripe our third party payment processor. When using our Service we may also collect information about your business or website and email lists.

2.2. Non-Identifying Information

Whenever you visit our Site, we may collect non-identifying information from you, such as your IP address, interactions with the Site and Service, location, referring URL, browser, operating system, cookie information, usage, data transferred and Internet Service Provider. Without a subpoena, voluntary compliance on the part of your Internet Service Provider, additional records from a third party such as your wireless provider or a guy who’s really good at interpreting the ramblings of Nostradamus, this information alone cannot usually be used to identify you.

3. What We Do With Abovementioned Stuff

We will never sell or transfer your information to third parties without your consent. However, you agree that we may use and/or disclose your information as described in this policy, including:

  • To enhance or improve our users’ experiences.
  • To provide our Service to you.
  • To help resolve questions you have and give you the best technical and customer support possible.
  • To process transactions.
  • To share with our partners to track affiliate commissions, process transactions and otherwise enhance or improve our users’ experiences.
  • To contact you and to respond to inquiries.
  • To send newsletters and emails.
  • To register your account and allow you to use our Service.
  • To print off and use the paper to make cool sailor hats, which we will shred when done for your privacy.

Additionally, we may give your information to law enforcement if we are compelled to by a court order, if there has been a violation of any US laws, EU laws, Klingon laws, or if a violation of the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy has occurred.

4. Changing and Deleting Stuff

After creating an account you may be able to edit information submitted through our Site or Service. Simply access your account through the Site and edit any information. Please be aware that you will be unable to opt out of any of our data collection practices.

If you want your information to be removed from our database please contact us at support@getdrip.com. Although your information will be inaccessible, we may keep a copy of your user information for a commercially reasonable time for internal and legal purposes. Although some changes to your user information may occur immediately, information may still be stored in a web browser’s cache. We take no responsibility for stored information in your cache, or in other devices that may store information, and disclaim all liability of such. Please remember that there are a bunch of crazy people on the Internet other than Alex Jones who might also get a hold of your information before you decide to make it private or delete it, so only post information you don’t mind anybody else having.

5. Cookies and Such

We use cookies (the electronic kind, not the chocolate chip kind) to remember your preferences, track affiliate links, remember your cart, track advertisements, and to understand how you use our Site. For this reason, you must have cookies enabled in your browser to use our Site and Services. Additionally, some or all of our cookies may be accessible by third parties.

Additionally, we may use web beacons also known clear gifs to track emails and understand how and when you read emails. We may also use these clear gifs to collect additional information about the email reader.

We use third party services, such as Google Analytics to gather information about your visit to our Site, such as the pages and information you viewed. Some of these services may gather information about the domain name from which you arrive at our Site.

We do not track our customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore do not respond to Do Not Track signals. However, some third party sites, such as our display advertising partners, do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. We also provide our users the ability to track their subscribers across some third party sites to track ecommerce purchase goals.

6. Third Party Access to Your Information

Although you are entering into an Agreement with Drip to disclose your information to us, we do use third party individuals and organizations to assist us, including contractors, web hosts, ex-cons convicted of identity theft (kidding), and others.

Throughout the course of our provision of our Services to you, we may delegate our authority to collect, access, use, and disseminate your information. It is therefore necessary that you grant the third parties we may use in the course of our business the same rights that you afford us under this Privacy Policy. For this reason, you hereby agree that for every authorization which you grant to us in this Privacy Policy, you also grant to any third party that we may hire, contract, or otherwise retain the services of for the purpose of providing advertising, content or analytical services, operating, maintaining, repairing, or otherwise improving or preserving our Site, Services or their underlying files or systems. For example, advertising cookies may be placed on your computer or mobile device so that we can understand what you are interested in. We may share your location, browser, and cookie data and other data relating to user’s use of our Services with our display advertising partners.

We may share your personal information with our subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control, in which case we will require them to honor this Privacy Policy. We may also share your personal information with any company that acquires our company or some or all our assets in any sale, merger, bankruptcy proceeding or other transaction. That company will possess the personal information collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. Finally, we may share your personal information if you provide us prior consent to do so.

You agree not to hold us liable for the actions of any of these third parties, even if we would normally be held vicariously liable for their actions, and that you must take legal action against them directly should they commit any tort or other actionable wrong against you. 7. The Po-Po

You agree that we may disclose your information to the five-o if compelled to by a court order. Additionally, you agree that we may disclose your information if we reasonably believe that you have violated a US law or the terms of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy or if we believe that a third party is at risk of bodily harm, even if it’s just a stubbed toe. In the event that we receive a subpoena affecting your privacy, we may elect to notify you to give you an opportunity to file a motion to quash the subpoena, or we may attempt to quash it ourselves, but we are not obligated to do either. We may also proactively report you and release your information without receiving any request to third parties where we believe that it is proper to do so for legal reasons, such as instances where we believe your publications violate any law of the United States or any other country or planet with superintelligent chipmunk-like beings having jurisdiction over us, our Site, Services, or our Terms of Service. You release us from any damages that may arise from or relate to the release of your information to a request from law enforcement agencies or private litigants. We may release your information under the conditions listed in this paragraph whether it is to individuals or entities and to any state or Federal authorities within the United States, or elsewhere.

8. Commercial and Non-Commercial Communications

By providing your contact information to the Site which forms our basis of communication with you, you waive all rights to file complaints concerning unsolicited emails from us, since you have agreed to such communication. However, you may unsubscribe from certain communications by notifying Drip that you no longer wish to receive these solicitations, and we will endeavour to remove you from our database… with extreme prejudice. 9. Third Parties

Drip may post links to third party websites on our Site or Service, which may include information that we have no control over. When accessing a third party site through our Site or Service, you acknowledge that you are aware that these third party websites are not screened for privacy or security issues by us, and you release us from any liability for the conduct of these third party websites. If you follow a link to “UNLICENSED-UKRAINIAN-PHARMACY.COM,” please think twice about giving them your credit card information.

Please be aware that this Privacy Policy, and any other policies in place, in addition to any amendments, does not create rights enforceable by third parties. Drip bears no responsibility for the information collected or used by any advertiser or third party website. You must review their Terms of Service and Privacy to understand how their information collection practices work.

10. Security Measures

We take reasonable attempts to protect your information by using SSL Certificates and the occasional rabid wolverine tied to our server hardware. However, as this is the Internet, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information. For this reason, we recommend that you use anti-virus software, routine credit checks, firewalls, and other precautions to protect yourself from security and privacy threats.

11. Your California Privacy Rights

Drip permits residents of the State of California to use its Service, and complies with the California Business and Professions Code §§ 22575-22579. If you are a California resident you may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to any third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Various provisions throughout this Privacy Policy address requirements of the Californian privacy statutes. Although we do not disseminate your information to third parties without permission, you must presume that we collect electronic information from all visitors. 12. No Kids Allowed

We intend to fully comply with COPPA and international laws respecting children’s privacy. Therefore, we do not collect or process any information for any persons under the age of 13. Our Site does not target users under 13, if you are under 13 and using our Site or Service, please stop immediately and do not submit any information to us. Go do your homework and stop buying Justin Bieber albums.

13. International Transfer

Your information may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. We may transfer personal information to the United States or elsewhere and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer and hosting. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, if you are a User accessing the Drip Service from a jurisdiction with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from those of the United States, be advised that all aspects of the Drip Service are governed by the internal laws of the United States and the State of California, USA, regardless of your location.

14. EU-U.S. Data Transfer Compliance

In light of the determination of the European Court of Justice that the EU-U.S. Safe Harbor Framework does not provide a valid legal basis for transfer of personal data from Europe to the U.S., Drip is offering an additional agreement to our EU users that includes the European Commission's model clauses. 15. Amendments

Like our Terms of Service, we may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we amend this Privacy Policy, we will place a note on our Site or we may contact you. You must agree to the amendments as a condition of your continued use of our Site and Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our Site and Service and notify us of your refusal to agree by e-mailing us at support@getdrip.com.
